Paul Oslington discusses key economic emphases in the Bible and how larger Scriptural themes relate to economics including creation, fall, providence, redemption, justice, and new creation. We also talk about wealth and generosity, attitudes towards wealth, the parable of the talents, charging interest, the alternative economy of the church, and how economics and ethics may interact at a personal level vs. at scale.

Dr. Amos Yong discusses Acts as foundational in forming the church's understanding of witness and mission as well as the sending and activity of the Spirit in relation to the nature and life of the church.
